The Specialist Coach and Mentor Training is an intensive training preparing candidates to work as Specialist Coaches in a variety of settings. Aspiring Coaches are carefully interviewed and selected and must have a strong sense of vocation. It is different from Life Coaching . Our coaches are often asked to work with aspirations that seem virtually impossible and sometimes in challenging environments, especially in overseas emerging communities. Coaches become part of a very close-knit team with strong values and ethics. Being a Specialist Coach with Shikodo is a richly rewarding profession.
