We provide Specialist Master Coaching globally to help people reach their highest potential. Our project work is with emerging communities such as disabilities, mental health, refugees, people who have lacked opportunity due to lack of education, employment opportunities or poverty.

Fiona has worked in both Government and Community Sectors and has an extensive management experience, including within the disability, aged care, mental health, and community support sectors.
Professional qualifications include a Master of Human Services (Disability Studies), a Bachelor of Social Science (Counselling and Mediation, Community Development, and Sociology), a Diploma of Professional Counselling, and a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, Recovery Coaching, Accredited Shikodo Coach.
Working with people and community is Fiona’s passion. Fiona has been working in the Community Sector since 2005.
Fiona can provide services in Workplace Counselling and Mediation, General Counselling, Support-group facilitation, Supervising/mentoring/coaching/debriefing, Team Development, Training / Workshops, and Strategic Planning Support.
Vandana works with individuals to help them tap into the power of their mindset leading to beautiful possibilities that exits for them. She works with a state of curiosity, using powerful questions that facilitate introspective thinking to create a solution for a focused outcome.
Professional qualifications include a Bachelor of Computer Science Engineering, a Certification from the Coaching Institute Professional Coach (2019), Accreditation as Coach and Mentor in Shikodo Method and Associate membership with International Coaching Guild.
Vandana can provide services in 1:1 coaching, group coaching on self-empowerment, and corporate coaching with business leaders, executives and corporate organizations on reducing stress, building inner clarity, enhancing emotional well-being, developing organizational culture for growth and new opportunities.
Malcolm’s career has been in both education and mental health. Malcolm commenced his career as a teacher/counsellor, teaching senior school Latin, French and Ancient Greek and later moved across to mental health, psychotherapy, supports and program management.
Malcolm lived out his spiritual calling as a Buddhist Monk at Guang Jue Temple, Tian Mu Shan, China where he facilitated Mindfulness Skills Retreats between 2009 and 2013. These retreats brought over 700 persons to the temple from over 27 different nations.
Malcolm is the Founder of the Shikodo Eight Doors method and trainer of Coaches. Malcolm has worked as Vice President for Youth for Global Peace Inc and went on to become Founder and Executive Director of Shikodo Ltd.
Professional qualifications include L.ès Psychologie de l’Éducation, Post Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy (ACAPs), Post Graduate Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Cert IV in Training and Assessment. He is fluent in both French and English. Malcolm provides services in Coaching and working with persons and organizations to achieve what others have thought to be impossible.
MELODY CHANG XIAO YIN
Melody has been working as a Marketing Manager, Start-up Entrepreneur, Investor, Mentor and Coach. Her greatest passion is to help more people is to help people beak down the barriers to their dreams and highest aspirations. Working with Melody it is obvious that she has a direct approach to the problem, yet very compassionate.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese, Cantonese, Shanghainese and German. Melody is an Accredited Shikodo Mindset Coach.
Melody can provide services in training, problem-solving targeted method, coaching/support/ supervising.
Rosie is a compassionate, values-driven and strategic coach and mentor. Her career has been in both education and business. She has been an English teacher, Events and Marketing Manager, and is currently working as a Widening Participation Practitioner.
Drawing from rich experience in teaching and mentoring young people, she is highly skilled at active listening, strength enabling, and growth facilitation.
She is fluent in English and Vietnamese. Her qualifications include BA in English Teaching Education (Hons), MA in Applied Linguistics with TESOL, MSc in International Events and Conference Management, Accreditation as a Coach and Mentor in Shikodo Method. She's also an avid learner and practitioner of Buddhist Psychology, Leadership, and Entrepreneurship.
Rosie provides 121 coaching and mentoring sessions on working with difficult emotions, self-criticism, self-doubt, gaining clarity in career/life directions, and building harmonious relationships.
Shikodo’s works on numerous projects empowering emerging communities to overcome poverty and the results of trauma through developing solution focused mindset with strong psychological skills.
